The company's foundations are based on being local and providing great customer service. The two work hand in hand as we have developed some great customer relationships over 50 years in business.

Duckworths is a family business with Rob Duckworth at the helm as managing director. The Napier Duckworths store in Munroe Street, opposite Pak 'n' S ave, is managed by Rob Duckworth who has vast appliance retail experience. The Napier team also has extensive experience and prides itself on excelling in customer service.

Duckworths was recently awarded the Wares 2010 New Zealand Appliance Retail store of the year. This is a huge recognition of the hard work and dedication that the staff of Duckworths put into every sale.
